Drafting Package:
Basic plans priced for those who already have the floor plans and elevations sketched out with measurements, and the house structure does not require above standard construction. This package includes up to 3 minimal changes.
- For finished floor and garage - $0.50 / sq. ft.
- For finished basement (space planning) - $0.35 / sq. ft.
