These plans are for those who may have some drawings or require special building construction. They may require more than one elevation to choose from and numerous changes during Preliminary Design Stage. Changes required during Preliminary Design Stage will be discussed prior to development and at an hourly rate.

- For finished basement - $0.45 / sq. ft.
